Applies to all reservations and stays arranged through Veluma Private Residences.
Everything is arranged privately.
Each stay is confirmed with clarity, full payment, and a defined structure. Veluma operates as an intermediary between guest and owner, ensuring discretion, accuracy, and control at every stage.
Booking & Deposit
Full payment required to confirm a reservation. No provisional holds. No tentative bookings. Rates quoted in euros unless agreed otherwise.
10% security deposit required prior to arrival. Returned within 14 days following departure, subject to any adjustments.
60+ days - full refund. 30–59 days - 50% refund. Under 30 days - non-refundable. Force majeure handled on a case-by-case basis.
Arrival, Conduct, and Liability
Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00. Adjustments may be available upon request.
Properties must be treated with care. No events, parties, or additional guests without prior approval. Respect for privacy and surroundings is expected at all times.
Veluma acts as an intermediary, not the property owner. All efforts are made to ensure accuracy, though minor variations may occur. Guests are strongly advised to hold comprehensive travel insurance.
Privacy & Legal
Guest data is used solely to arrange and manage reservations. Information is never sold or distributed beyond required service providers. Handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are addressed first through good faith discussion.
The version in effect at the time of booking confirmation applies.
How We Operate
Veluma operates privately, representing properties directly or through trusted ownership structures. All bookings are processed through an appointed booking entity to ensure efficiency and discretion. Operator: Griskin Holdings Ltd. Booking Entity: Augustinus Properties FZCO.
